Questions
Do I have to disclose AI-edited photos on the MLS?
Likely yes. Staged, twilight and decluttered photos are AI-altered and carry a baked-in watermark (“Virtually staged” or “AI-enhanced”). Disclosure rules vary by MLS and state - check your MLS’s rules and disclose accordingly. The tools never move walls, windows, doors or the view, but the image is still an edit.
Will the tour misrepresent the property?
No. Flyover clips keep the camera locked to your original photo’s composition - no invented rooms, roofs or geometry. Photo tools only change furniture/decor, time-of-day lighting or clutter; structure and the view stay exactly as shot.
How many photos should I upload?
Six is the sweet spot. You can go up to twelve. We read each room, propose a tour order, and you drag to tweak.
How long does a tour take to render?
A short tour is a couple of minutes. Longer, higher-resolution tours can take five to ten minutes and finish on their own - you’ll see it appear in your library without refreshing.
